‚ÄčPlease do not bring toys blankets or scratch poles into the cattery as I will have to refuse them.

If you want to bring any food please put in a plastic container that can be wiped with disinfectant.

In order to protect both customers and staff from the risks of Covid 19 infection we have implemented some changes to the way we work with immediate effect.

By booking your cat in to board with us you agree to the following Covid 19 policy.

No entry to the cattery: We are sorry but we cannot allow customers into the cattery due to social distancing measures.
Veterinary treatment: If your cat requires veterinary care they will be treated locally by Hayle Veterinary Surgery and you will be responsible for the invoice.

Payment of cattery fees: Can either be by bank transfer or cash. If you wish to pay by cash please bring the correct amount as no change can be given. If you would like an invoice please request this by email.

On arrival all cat carriers will be disinfected once your cat is safely in their allotted chalet.
Drop off and collection by appointment only: We will arrange with you specific times to drop off and collect your cat to minimise your potential contact with other customers. We appreciate that sometimes travel can be delayed and if this is the case please call us to agree a revised time.
Drop off and collection arrangements: On arrival please ring the bell and await assistance. A member of staff will collect your cat at the gate and take them into the cattery. Social distancing measures must be maintained at all times.
If you have symptoms or need to self isolate: If you or anyone in your household feels unwell with symptoms of Covid 19, or if you have been diagnosed with the virus, or need to self-isolate you must follow the latest government advice. Please contact us so we can agree alternative arrangements for drop off or collection.

We hope you understand the need for our revised procedures. You can be assured that your cat will still have the same high quality care and attention as before.

Stay safe
